Call for Paper

We welcome full paper and abstract submissions for the "2nd International Conference on Humanities, Education, Sciences, Management, Engineering and Technology (ICHESMET 2022) with the theme entitled: "Rebuilding Research Culture: A Pathway for a Resilient and Diverse Global Community in the Post-Pandemic Adversity " to be held in Van Lang University, Vietnam, in collaboration with the POLYTECHNIC UNIVERsity of the Philippines (PUP) and Mechatronics and Robotics Society of the Philippines (MRSP) - National Capital Region (NCR) Chapter and Philippine Society for Engineering Education from 24th to 26th of November 2022.

This conference will create a platform to share research, innovations, and best practices where constructive feedback and engagement with domain experts are expected. We encourage submissions that present innovative ideas, works-in-progress, or any concepts that you think can benefit experts' input. Students, institutes, and emerging s are encouraged to participate.

Selected extended papers will be assisted to be published in SCOPUS indexed Journals, WOS, and accredited journals.

ICHESMET 2022 invites Original Contributions on all topics related to the following different tracks in this conference:





Full Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Background, Motivation. and Objective

  • Statement of Contribution/Methods

  • Results, Discussions. and Conclusions

  • The total number of pages must be 8-12 in double-column format

  • In addition, the total number of characters excluding spaces, Title, Author Names, and Affiliations

Instructions for Authors

Original papers based on theoretical or experimental works related to the above-mentioned sub-themes are solicited for presentation at the conference. The paper should begin with the title, short abstract, and a list of keywords. Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.

Note: Please do not submit plagiarized papers. The paper should be 15% or below in Turnitin.

Submission Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

  • Use PDF or MS Word document while submitting the abstract

  • Use 12-point Times New Roman for the main text and smaller fonts may be used for figure captions

  • The width of each line should not exceed 17.5 cm or 7.0 inch

  • Start the first line leaving a space of 2.5 cm or 1.0 inches on the upper side

  • The Title, Author's Names, and Affiliations should all be centered

  • Insert one blank line between the Affiliations and the main text

  • The main text should be fully justified with single spacing

  • Use a bold face with bigger fonts for the Title but not for Authors, Affiliations, and the main text

  • Please underline the presenting Author

  • Leave a space of at least 2.5 cm or 1.0 inch on the bottom of the text

  • Page numbers will be printed there
